This extraordinary pair of vintage candelabras rises from tall, architectural 9 pointed star bases into a canopy of sculpted palm leaves.
Each candelabra holds three candles. Deep oxblood and near black tones give the bases a wonderfully moody presence, while the palm candle cups have shades of verdigris green that bring the botanical forms to life.
Incised geometric patterns along the stems, ribbed and ornamented bases, diamond patterned upper columns, dramatically curved arms, and individually modeled leaves surrounding each candle cup.
Equal parts botanical, architectural, and theatrical,.
